This page lists in chronological order the notifications of merger projects which have been received by the Bundeskartellamt. The Bundeskartellamt points out that their publication gives no indication of the completeness of the notification nor can any time limits be concluded from the notification.

In the interest of the companies involved the Bundeskartellamt examines the projects as quickly as possible so that in individual cases publication can coincide with the conclusion of the proceedings. The publication includes information about the outcome of the proceedings. The public version of a decision concluding the merger control proceedings, is only available and published on the Internet in cases that have been concluded by a formal decision in the 2nd phase proceedings.

Information about completed mergers is published exclusively in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger).
